MAXIMUM PROFIT

We select the best offers that fulfil the following conditions:
Primary Residence:
  • A product with high security for the investor, and that already has a large market for sales.
  • Freedom Clause: You are permitted to sell your apartments at any moment you wish with absolute liberty. (basic condition to continue negotiating the next points).
  • 18- 24 months: The time necessary for the apartments to increase in value in order to advance the promotion and revaluation of the zone and/or market.
  • Prices: We always negotiate for the best prices possible. The prices of the apartments can oscillate between +/- 200.000 €.
  • Form of Payment: We negotiate the best possible conditions of payment, with a maximum payment of 20% during the 18-24 months of development until the moment of sale, and wish to slow payments at the finalization of the project.
  • Developer's Reports: We study records and reliability of the developers.
  • Bank Guarantee: Candidates are guaranteed by the bank of the developer or have insurance in case of their defect.
